Baked Goatcheese w/ Honey

YUM. Yummy yum yum. Seriously. YUM! A few years ago an old roommate introduced me to this wonderfully simple, yet delicious, treat. At that time, I had never even tried goatcheese but after this I couldn't get enough.

When I said it was simple, I wasn't lying. All you need is:

Plain goatcheese
Honey
Baguette
Small baking dish

Spread a layer of goatcheese into the dish then drizzle it with honey. (I usually put a lot of honey on top b/c it's so yummy.)

Pop this in the oven at 350 degrees for about 10-15 mins until it starts turning golden. Spread the cheese on slices of baguette and enjoy. I like serving this as an appetizer.
