My motivation has been a bit... flailing lately. I've been sitting for hours upon end on the couch watching my new AppleTV, messing around on the internet.
It wasn't until my couch seemingly swallowed up a clementine that I was about to eat that I realized there was a problem here... Actually, no. That realization came after I got off the couch to look for my missing fruit and then found a melted chocolate chip attached to the back of my leg. That's the moment I realized that, first, I have to leave this couch more often and, second, I might have a problem with chocolate consumption. I once found a chocolate chip in my bra.
So, before I go do real things... I'm going to keep my booty on this couch for another 15-20 minutes, let me tell you about Mo, the blogger behind Fleur de Moi.
This is a lady that I share a special bond with... She is my pizza-loving, cat lady soul mate. And did I ever tell you that my best friend actually calls me Mo? She has never called me Lesley, my surprisingly unrelated-to-"Mo"-in-any-way real name, since the first week we met. But that's a long story.
While Mo from Fleur de Moi lives in New Orleans and I live somewhere people in New Orleans have probably never even heard of, I like to think some day we'll hang out and do cool things that bloggers do when they get together.
This is what we'd do.
First, we would do a bit of this.
Then we'd go shopping and obviously buy all of the things below. Obviously.
After our exhilarating shopping trip, the Mo's would then have a kitty-cat playdate with our twins. And feed them pizza. And drink beer. Who knew we had the same cat?
(Obviously a match made in heaven.)
After the best day ever, Mo & I would sit in a fancy dive and drink beer while looking super mysterious in front of our laptops while blogging about our extremely awesome day.
So, basically I'm saying you have to head over to Fleur de Moi and say hi.
Go. Go now!

Great post!
P.S. I find food in my bra all the time - my husband just cracks up - "saving it for later?"

Bahahah! The pics of the cats is AWESOME!
I'm a cat lover but my husband is not and I cannot convert him. Plus he always uses the tiny fact that I'm allergic. And even though I try to convince him we could get a pure breed and they generally don't cause as many allergies, he always says even if we had enough money, we'd never spend the money.
Guess I'll just have to do with a dog one day. (Not that I don't love dogs, I just love both and would love to have both.)
haha this is funny! i am especially a fan of the cats. too effing cute. and i think finding chocolate chips in your bra only means you were having a really good time.
