It seems Diet Pepsi has a strong effect on me. Had a can yesterday afternoon and was up till 3:30am. Had a can tonight at supper to try and wake me up since I was falling asleep standing up and now it's 1am with no rest in sight. Woe is me. Luckily I don't have to be anywhere tomorrow morning... Boo yeah!
I've been thinking about all the things I need to start ticking off my 28 in 28 bucket list. One of the things is to read at least one Jane Austen novel. I started Pride & Prejudice last night and can't put it down! This might also have something to do with my restlessness. I tried reading it years ago and was put off by the language. I'm glad I gave it a second chance! Any suggestions on what Austen novel to check out next?
Okay... Time to actually attempt sleep. My meditation app, "Relax and Rest", usually does the trick. Off I go!
